Titusville Tai Chi practitioners – Yang Long form w/a large dose of self defense thrown in. 7:30 every Monday at Unity Church 2000 South St. Titusville

Traditional Yang long form for beginners taught by Instructor with 17 years of Tai Chi experience and 25+ years experience as Karate instructor (Tang Soo Do and Ju Jitsu).

This is not a simplified version of Tai Chi but one that is as faithful as possible to the Yang Long Form that has been practiced for thousands of years. When practiced diligently, it will improve balance, fitness, muscle tone, focus and overall health.
