Join me rain or shine as the Pavilion is covered for this balanced session that concludes with a delicious deep relaxation and guided meditation. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Greet your day with gratitude, joy and playfulness! Wake your body, mind and spirit with delightfully gentle practice with a variety of postures to energize and inspire you. This sweet flow will tone and strengthen your body and get you out of your head and into your heart!
Bring an extra mat or a beach towel for a little more padding and its not a bad idea to purchase blocks and a strap which are inexpensive very useful props!
